If we neglect to take care then foot problems can affect us. You might get sudden foot pain; swelling, itching, or other issues then make sure you don’t ignore these problems. These conditions are often treatable, so consult your physician on time. Regular check up on your feet can help you spot problems early before they get worsen. Make a point to check your feet every evening or morning when you wear or remove your socks. It is a great practice to always check between your toes. If you have trouble bending to see your feet, use a mirror to see them.

- Ingrown Toenail

- Athlete’s Foot
It is one type of fungal infection. If shoes, showers, and sweaty socks are worn for a long period then the warm & humid environment leads to such a condition. An athlete’s foot usually develops between the toes also can spread to the bottom of the feet and toenails. If proper precautions are not taken care of then it can spread to other parts of the body. The symptoms of this fungus are such as itching, burning, scaling, and blisters. With the help of antifungal medicines, you can treat an athlete’s foot. It is a must to keep feet clean and dry to prevent the fungus from growing.
- Bunions
Have you heard about the Bunion problem before? It is a swollen, sore bump on the joint between the big toe and foot. As it gets bigger and it can become much more painful. This pressure can force other toes out of alignment if you wear tight, narrow, or high-heeled shoes. It is the cause which causes bunions. You can use protective pads inside, low-heeled shoes to prevent you from getting this problem. In serious cases, surgery is necessary to remove the bunion and correct the alignment of the big toe.
- Claw Toe and Hammer Toe
These foot problems generally occur when your toe joints don’t bend properly. It causes one or more toes to curl over or bent down. Diseases like diabetes can cause nerve damage can lead to claw toe. Avoid wearing tight shoes as they can cause both claws and hammertoes. These deformities can become permanent so avoid narrow, high-heeled shoes. A splint or tape can also help keep toes in the correct position. In few cases, you might need surgery.
